MJ Evans takes a comprehensive approach to customer care. From the outset, a member of the MJ Evans team will be dedicated to your project to ensure consistency and high levels of customer service. This dedicated person will stay with you until project completion. You will also be provided with up to date reports and minutes from all the site meetings. Of course you are also welcome to attend these meetings should you wish.

At first, the range of options available when choosing the finish of your home can seem overwhelming. Sometimes, attempting to visualise how your new kitchen or bathroom will look with a particular colour of tile can be difficult. This is where your appointed Customer Care Manager will step in: offering as much or as little guidance as you require, personally accompanying you to our specialist showrooms or providing samples for you to view at home, taking you step-by-step through the decision making process.

On completion of the work your Customer Care Manager will visit you in your new surroundings at your convenience to ensure you are settling in. In the unlikely event of issues post-completion, your Customer Care Manager will bring them to the attention of the project manager. Such issues will be rectified under the six months defect period.
