MJ Evans, over the past number of years has established close working relationships with lawyers nationwide. The role of the Lawyer or Deputy in any of our projects is of extreme importance and our experience has allowed us to understand the difficult and diverse problems that you can face. By working together, and drawing on our understanding of relevant Case Law we can help ensure that the projects run smoothly. We have worked closely with Deputies on many occasions and have a good knowledge of the working of the Court of Protection.

Funding throughout the project is important and when working with interim payments it is essential that all works carried out fall within the restrictions that these can produce. MJ Evans endeavours to work closely with legal advisors to ensure that the project runs as smoothly as possible for all involved whilst ultimately providing our mutual client a truly unique home, meeting all of their individual needs.
