The process of build on disability adaptations isn’t always straight forward, the issues on site once building works commence can be wide and unforeseeable. MJ Evans works closely with the architect to provide a basis for a smooth and successful project, the knowledge of which has been built on over 50 previous completions. With this type of project it is easy to allow costs to spiral. By only working to architects instructions and employing our own in-house quantity surveyor, and permanent on site management, MJ Evans ensures that costs are kept to budget as much as possible.

Monthly project review meetings form a great opportunity for everyone to meet and assess the works completed and raise any potential issues moving forward. MJ Evans’ monthly reports and information requests, compiled and presented by our dedicated project manager within these meetings provide a platform for the project to progress to schedule and highlight any potential pitfalls well in advance.
