We are now seeking experienced Site Managers/working Foremen with considerable experience in the industry; capable of maintaining a very high standard of finish and an ability to motivate the site team. It is a prerequisite of the position that you can deliver projects on time and within budget. You will also be a good communicator; have basic IT skills together with excellent technical and construction skills.
The successful applicants will need to demonstrate an excellent Health and Safety record whilst having an ability to liaise sensitively with our clients and all members of the project team.
The role will, from time to time, involve an element of living away from home, Monday to Thursday during the course of a project.
